Orders with no lead time will be dispatched within 2 days of payment confirmation (normally same day), in the event there is a
delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted with an explanation and be given the option
to wait for your order or have your payment refunded.
Although all care is taken to ensure the information provided by this website and by Thai Craft Warehouse representatives
is accurate and timely, all information is subject to change without notice. This includes but is not limited to
product availability, lead times, product pricing, and changes in shipping service costs.
Any additional costs in processing and shipping your order are the responsibility of the buyer. For example on
larger wholesale orders there may be quotas or import taxes to be paid for different countries. We
will always provide you with information on any known issues before processing your order.
