Traditional Thai hair piece. Suitable for Thai wedding ceremonies, dance, or enactments of traditional Thai scenes.
Made from a carved card mulch base with intricate painting, metals, jewels and mirrored segments. The card base often has cracks in it, these can easily be closed with elephant glue. Gems or other affixed items can also fall off, these again can be reattached with glue, however you should use a plain glue for gems as elephant glue can dis-colour them.
May be secured with an elastic or cloth strip. Approximately 27cm high, 15cm wide, 11cm deep.
